Create your Vapartment

Follow this pathway to create your Vapartment 

When the kit arrived start to organise the pieces into the following groups. 

All the small pieces 

 

 

Find Table,  Chairs,  Work Bench 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

These are all the cut outs  Not needed but t good to get creative with  

 

 

Get ready to router  

3 mm router bit 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Clamp router to bench. 
Maybe use a glove.

 

Set out for hinges  

 

Pre drill hinges holes  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Make use small pieces  

Fit best finish counter sink all holes 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 Build components  

 

Centre rear seat locker  

 

 

Kitchenette 

 

 

Rear lockers bench seat  

 

 

Gusset

 

 

Bench rear  

 

 

Prepare uprights and Beam 

 

All components are now built   

Assemble in van 

 

Prepare uprights   

Put ropes through holes on the uprights  

it’s a bit tricky when uprights are installed in some vans  

 

Can install electrics at this stage if you have usb fittings and lights  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Trim work  

find all pieces and fit as shown  

 

Fit beam 

Double holes to rear 

it will sit in place    No fixing 

 

Install rear seat 

Connect chains to the rear uprights  

put chain on approx 45 degree angle  

the sprinter and crafter have engineered holes as shown.  Will fit a M 8 bolt  

For other vans use eyelet bolts and shackles 

Fut  to rear upright  

 

 

Skirting and trim 

fit as shown 

there is trim for ceiling university bed 

trim for floors  

The cross piece might have to be cut to size depending on width of van  

Longways pieces will all be good to go  

 

 

 

 

 

Fit draw and other accessories as shown.
wine glass holder position in place along with plant holder
